Artist's Comments

Pretty cool story to this one. My senior year my art class had a chair auction to raise money for a Visual Arts award. The guidelines were to pick an already existing painting and replicate it on a chair. I chose "The Scream" because I love Edvard Munch, and this is such a well known painting. The colors are awesome as well.
Aside from getting alot of confidance, my chair was purchased by my own teacher. I was also a recipient of one of the Visual Arts awards I was auctioning the chair for.

Never been more proud of my work.

I love edvard Munch! I always wondered if the two shady fellows in the background had anything to do with the dude screamin, Anywho, wicked chair mate, you really caught the expressiveness of it, Lets hope it doesnt get stolen like the original!
